I've said it before and I'll say it again, great things come in small packages. My husband does tattoos and this cream definitely numbs topical dermis. It also helps to numb the hiney for those painful BM'S due from hemorrhoids. It relieved the itching and burning. Maybe that was TMI butt listen, if you have problems put them behind you with this cream, it works! It was a small tube so pay attention to the size you're ordering.

I bought this cream for numbing both prior to and after getting a tattoo as it was recommended by my tattoo artist. It worked incredibly well and numbed just the right amount. It is recommended to put it on very thickly, at least 90 minutes prior to your session and wrap the area with plastic wrap so it doesn't evaporate. If you need to apply to a very large area, I would recommend purchasing two tubes, as you'll want some to use afterwards, too. The numbing is highly effective and lasts about 3 hours after you apply it. There is very little to no odor to this cream so it should work for even those with sensitive noses. The cream has moisturizing ingredients and items like arnica which help your skin heal more quickly. This product is a good value!

This is one of the best numbing creams. I’ve used that actually does work. It goes on just like regular cream and it starts to work within 5 to 7 minutes. It doesn’t numb completely, but definitely enough to wear. Any pinching is tolerable. Great to use with tattoos or injuries. I used it for somebody on a tattoo and they could barely feel the pain.
