Return window

30 days from the date of purchase.

Condition

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase

A receipt or order number is required.

How to start a return

Email us at info@drcareshop.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will confirm before you ship anything back.

Return shipping

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility and is not refundable. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we cover it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will email you, and the refund is applied to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Partial refunds

May apply to items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email info@drcareshop.com.

Orders over $75

We recommend a trackable service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

International returns

You are responsible for your country’s import duties and taxes. If a parcel is refused at customs or fees go unpaid, the return shipping cost is deducted from your refund. Email us for the HS code if you need it.
